The Knights of Columbus are hosting a blood drive with LifeShare Blood Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Sunday, July 29th at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 2114 North Jackson in Magnolia. The blood supply is very low, so please consider donating. Donors receive a LifeShare t-shirt. Donors will also receive a light lunch courtesy of the Knights.
Donated blood is often used as part of a life-saving medical treatment for accident victims, patients with blood disorders, those undergoing cancer treatments, experiencing complications during childbirth, and many more situations. LifeShare Blood Center regularly supplies blood components to approximately 100 medical facilities throughout Louisiana, East Texas and South Arkansas, including Magnolia Regional Medical Center.
