The guest this week on FOCUS is Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin. Griffin is a former Magnolian and was back in town to speak at the Rotary Club. Part of our FOCUS program this week is a bit of a trip down memory lane with the Lieutenant Governor. But Griffin also talks about the Imagination Library, a program started by Dolly Parton in 1995 to mail free books to young children. Griffin also focuses on making our government smarter in the way it works.
