Arkansas State University System President Chuck Welch today announced the appointment of Arkadelphia native and longtime higher education administrator Dr. Trey Berry as Henderson State University’s next chancellor, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Berry is an Arkansas historian, professor, former dean and provost. Since 2015, he has served as president of Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia.
